Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Dear Fellow Traders

The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended the week in positive territory but with more bad news out of Europe, I am expecting to see the recent sell-off continue. The rating agency Fitch downgraded Spain’s Sovereign debt rating; this could create some more selling pressure at the open today. I think the only reason we didn’t see strong selling pressure on Friday was because more investors were focused on the long weekend than the market. The Dow managed to hold the 10,000 level, but I think it is only a matter of time before this level breaks.

djiajune1 300x280 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

The tech sector appears to be modestly stronger than the general market. QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite managed to end the week in positive territory, despite a modest sell-off at the end of the day. The ETF managed to hold support above $45.50. However I don’t think this level will hold if we see strong pessimism return to the marketplace.

qqqqjune1 300x280 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Gold managed to make modest gains on Friday, despite a weak start to the session. GLD, the biggest gold ETF closed Friday at $118.88. A break of $119 should generate increased buying momentum. With fear controlling the marketplace, the outlook for gold is relatively bright. Any dip in GLD should be considered a buying opportunity.

gldjune1 300x280 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

We saw a modest drop in oil prices, which is not surprising. USO, a popular oil ETF ended Friday in relatively neutral territory after some modest profit-taking. The ETF is managing to hold support at $34.00 but I don’t think that will hold if we see a major sell-off in the market. As I pointed out earlier, investors will be quick to take their profits, and Friday’s price movement is an example of that.

usojune1 300x280 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

SFMI ended Friday in relatively neutral territory for the second session in a row.  Volume was relatively low, so I think investors are waiting to see what silver does before they jump back into the marketplace. The stock continues to hold strong support at $0.32. If volume can pick up I think this stock can break through resistance at $0.35 and re-test its recent highs around $0.47.

sfmijune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ is holding strong support at $0.03. Volume remains relatively low and I think gold will have to move higher before we see investors jump back into this stock. As we can see from the chart, the stock can generate very strong moves when volume picks up.

agczjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Weak volume continues to drag KNDR down. The stock gapped significantly lower on Friday but a drop to a low of $0.022 created some buying momentum and investors managed to push the stock to close at $0.027. This move is not surprising considering what is happening in the general market. A lot of investors are limiting the amount of risk they are taking and sitting on the sidelines with most of their capital. When optimism returns, we should see this stock move higher.

kndrjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Weak volume caused TLAN to break through support and gap lower at the open. But investors managed to take advantage of lower prices and pushed the price to a high of $0.026. The stocks close at $0.021 should create some momentum at todays open.

tlanjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Volume dropped significantly on Friday for CZHC. However some modest buying created a positive close for this stock. We continue to watch CZHC because of the recent volume it was able to generate. When volume returns to the marketplace, we should see prices move higher.

czhcjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

I have been watching ABK since the stock dropped below $1.00. I was expecting the stock to drop lower but the discounted price proved to be a strong attraction for investors. After two positive days, the stock broke $1.00 on Friday, which triggered a rally to $1.29. This created some very decent profits, very quickly. Volume was relatively strong, but I don’t know if we will see much follow-through if the market remains weak.abkjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

Volume is also starting to drop in GHDC but the stock continues to hold support at $0.05. A rally in gold prices should create some momentum for this stock and push prices higher.

ghdcjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

LEHMQ is still unable to break above $0.09. On Friday the stock hit a high of $0.093 but was unable to hold on to those gains and ended the day at $0.089. I think we could see this stock re-test $0.08 before it breaks above $0.09.

lehmqmjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

We have been talking a lot about FBC and on Friday the stock announced a 1-10 reverse stock split. Shareholders were issued one new share for every 10 shares they currently held. They made this move to reduce the number of common shares in the marketplace. This created a strong move in the stock as it opened at $4.61 and closed at $5.08.

fbcjune1 Tuesday June 1 Premarket Analysis

I am adding a new stock to the watch-list today, EHMI. The volume has been relatively volatile lately and on Friday the stock tested strong resistance at $0.21. If volume remains strong we could see a break of this level, which should create a significant push higher.

Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Wednesday’s drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average lit a fire under the bulls because they were able to hold gains above the key psychological price area of 10,000. The Bulls managed to push the index up almost 300 points on Thursday and broke through resistance at 10,200. That break could provide some much needed traction in the marketplace at today’s open.

$indumay28

The tech sector was also able to make strong gains as QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite, started the day above resistance at $45.00. The strong optimism caused the ETF to gap higher and it managed to rise throughout the session. The ETF closed the day above the second resistance point of $45.50.The next major area for QQQQ is $46.00.

qqqqmay28 300x280 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

Gold prices managed to hold on to most of its recent gains, despite a weaker open on Thursday. GLD, the biggest gold ETF, gapped modestly lower in the morning but managed to hold support above $118. For the second day, the ETF tested resistance at $119. If optimism continues to grow, I would expect this price area to break fairly easily.

gldmay28 300x280 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

It was a similar story for silver prices as SLV, the biggest silver ETF rallied higher. The ETF tested strong resistance at $18.25 – a break of this level would be a very bullish move and should lead to a re-testing of $19.25.

slvmay28 300x280 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

But the biggest winner in commodities was the price of oil. USO, a popular oil ETF, gapped significantly higher at the open on Thursday and managed to end the day near its session high of $34.29. The key for this trade is to watch the general market. If the Dow starts to move higher, we will see this ETF recover its lost ground very quickly. A break of $35.00 should trigger a very strong buy signal.

usomay281 300x280 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

It was an extremely exciting day for TLAN. This trade is starting to heat up and is offering very good entry points for our members. The stock gapped higher at the open on Thursday, which is what I was expecting after seeing Wednesday’s price action. The gap attracted some bears to the marketplace and they managed to push the stock to a low of $0.014. However, at that point the bulls took control and managed to drive the price to $0.028. Volume is growing very strong, which is a good indication that we will see prices move higher in the near-term.

tlanmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

The strong market optimism on Thursday also provided some momentum for our recent picks, like CZHC. The stock recovered from Wednesday’s sell-off and managed to gap modestly higher at the open and held on to most of those gains. The stock ended Thursday at $0.035. Volume remains relatively low, but if the stock can hold this price level, we should see investors re-enter the marketplace.

czhcmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

A weak open in SFMI created a good buy opportunity for some investors.  On Thursday the stock dropped to a low of $0.28, which represents its 20-day moving average and created a very strong buy signal. Investors managed to push the price back to its previous closing price of $0.315. If silver prices continue to increase we should see this stock move higher.

sfmimay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

POSC continues to hang around the $0.12 area but there are signs that the selling pressure is coming to an end. The price action on Thursday created a doji, which means the opening and closing prices were the same. The buying and selling pressure was equal, so if the price can hold this level, it won’t take much buying pressure to drive the price higher. A break of $0.14 would be very bullish for higher prices in the near-term.

poscmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

GHDC is managing to hold on to its recent gains and is testing support at $0.05. I think we will need to see the volume increase before we see a significant rise in prices. A break of $0.055 could trigger a strong buy signal and I would expect to see a re-test of $0.085.

ghdcmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

FBC lost significant ground on Thursday, which is not surprising. Earlier I pointed out that fear is very strong in the marketplace, so investors are taking their profits very quickly and early. FBC did find some support at $0.45, which attracted some buyers. When optimism can last for more than one session, this stock should make some significant gains.

fbcmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

Relatively low volume is creating some selling pressure in KNDR. The stock managed to open at $0.03 on Thursday but then quickly dropped and hit a low of $0.025. However there are signs that investors are taking advantage of these low prices. They managed to drive the stock modestly higher to close at $0.027. I have pointed out that a lot of investors are watching this stock, and when volume returns, the price will explode higher.

kndrmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

Investors are starting to take an interest in LEHMQ. Earlier in the week I pointed out that $0.08 would attract some buyers and I was not disappointed. On Thursday the stock rallied to a high of $0.095 and closed at $0.09. If optimism continues to grow we should see the stock test resistance at $0.10.

lehmqmay28 Friday May 28 Premarket Analysis

We are also seeing some strong buying in WAMUQ. As I have said earlier the financial sector will be the first to rally. WAMUQ is holding strong gains around $0.12. If the Dow can move higher, this stock will continue to move higher.

Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Despite a strong open Wednesday morning, investor pessimism caused the Dow Jones Industrial Average to break below the psychological support of 10,000. On Wednesday the index closed at its lowest level since February. I am now expecting the Dow to break support at 9,900 then eventually test support at 9,700 before we see some strong buying interest.

djiamay27 300x280 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

It was a similar story for the tech sector on Wednesday. QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite was managing to outperform the general market, but a strong sell-off points to further losses in the near-term. Wednesday morning, QQQQ rallied to a high of $45.57 but the bears quickly took control and drove the price down to close at $44.20. We could see some short-term support at $43.50 but I think the bigger test will come at the February lows, around $43.00.

qqqqmay27 300x280 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

Although pessimism ruled the market on Wednesday, there were signs that investors are taking some risks. But they are looking for the safest investment possible, which is why gold prices were able to move higher.

GLD, the biggest gold ETF gapped significantly higher Wednesday at the bell and had a strong rally through most of the morning. Profit-taking in the afternoon caused the ETF to dip slightly but it still managed to hold on to most of its gains made from the open. $118 could prove to be a strong support level in the near-term.

gldmay27 300x280 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

Oil prices managed to move away from recent lows and ended Wednesday in positive territory. I pointed out that the drop in oil prices presented a good opportunity for investors and we can see that they are taking advantage of the discounted prices.

USO, the biggest oil ETF was able to add to its momentum generated on Tuesday, and gapped higher Wednesday morning. The stock hit a high of $32.94 before running into some minor selling pressure, though it was able to hold on to most of its gains. If investors remain pessimistic over the global economy, it might be a little early to call a bottom in oil prices at the moment.

usomay27 300x280 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

HSCO continued to lose ground on Wednesday, despite a modestly strong open. The stock gapped higher at the bell, which allowed some investors to minimize their losses from Tuesday’s price action. As I said Wednesday morning, the trade did not go our way (it happens sometimes and you need to cut your losses). We will continue to watch this stock as there might be a potential trade at $0.10, but for now we will just wait.

hscomay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

TLAN is starting to show some signs of life despite a negative close Wednesday. More than 6.7 million shares were traded yesterday and the majority of that volume was made in the morning when the stock rallied to a high of $0.034. The stock’s closing price of $0.024 should help attract some investors and I am expecting to see another strong open today.

tlanmay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

The strong general pessimism is creating some selling pressure in several of our recent picks, but it’s also creating good entry points. CZHC is a good example of this. The stock managed to rally to a high of $0.04 but quickly fell under some selling pressure. The stock tested support at $0.025 but investors snapped up those prices and drove the stock to close at $0.03. I have said this before, but when volume picks up, we should see this stock shoot higher.

czhcmay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ was another stock that started the day strong but could not maintain its momentum. The stock closed in neutral territory at $0.027. The stock’s current price is a great opportunity for strong gains, especially if gold prices can climb higher.

agczmay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

Because fear is controlling the market, investors are taking any profits as soon as they can – case in point is SFMI. The stock rallied for four sessions and made some strong gains, from $0.25 to $0.35. However the sell-off in the market caused investors to take their profits in this trade early. I believe this stock had enough momentum to run to $0.045, but you can’t argue with the market.

sfmimay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

I am very encouraged with POSC. The stock is finding good support at $0.12 and has the potential to move higher. I would like to see a move higher on strong volume to confirm the break of this consolidation period.

poscmay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

FBC managed to move higher on Wednesday and is testing resistance at $0.50. I think this could be a scenario similar to SFMI – if the stock is able open higher today, we could see some profit-taking. If momentum continues to build, we could see this stock push towards $0.55.

fbcmay27 Thursday May 27 Premarket Analysis

GHDC is another gold stock I am watching and so far, it has managed to hold on to most of its recent gains, despite the significant drop in gold prices. When gold prices move higher we should see this stock take off. For the last three sessions, it has tested support at $0.54. A break of this level would be considered very bullish.

Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders,

Concerns over the Spanish banking system created some panic and caused the Dow Jones Industrial Average to open lower Tuesday morning. However a drop to 9,774, which was the Dow’s lowest level since November, created a very strong buy signal. Bulls were able to drive the index to close only 22 points below its open. The Dow also managed to hold the 10,000 level for another day. But if the debt problems in Europe continue to grow, I think it is only a matter of time before that psychological area breaks.

djiamay26 300x280 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

For the moment, a lot of investors are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the latest market turmoil to die down. This is causing volume to drop in a lot of the stocks we are watching.

The tech sector was slightly more optimistic than the general market and QQQQ, the ETF of the NADAQ Composite, even managed to close in positive territory. The ETF gapped significantly lower at the open on Tuesday. Investors used the weak open to pick up bargain prices and pushed the stock above $44.50. QQQQ has traded around this price for the last four sessions and it is proving to be a strong support area. This is a good indication that investors are feeling a little more confident and, despite the recent credit problems in Europe, are willing to take a little more risk.

qqqqmay26 300x280 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

Gold prices continue to move higher as GLD, the biggest gold ETF managed to break through resistance at $117. I am now expecting this to be a strong support level and it should be only a matter of time before we see new all-time-highs.

gldmay26 300x280 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

Oil prices moved lower on Tuesday as USO, the biggest oil ETF, hit its lowest level in over a year. The ETF gapped significantly lower and opened at $30.98. Investors took advantage of the discounts and managed to drive the stock to a high of $31.85. However the momentum wasn’t strong enough to close the gap from Monday’s closing price. I think we could still see lower prices but this significant drop offers great values when the market turns around.

usomay28 300x280 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

Tuesday’s price action in HSCO demonstrates exactly why we were trying to keep the trade quiet on Monday, ahead of yesterday’s open. We waited for Tuesday’s open to tell our members about the trade because we wanted an orderly rise in the price so all our members could find a good entry point and hopefully make good profits. Unfortunately, the market is unpredictable and a lot of traders have been watching this stock. The price movement on Friday and Monday triggered a strong buy signal and this caused investors to be very aggressive in HSCO ahead of Tuesday’s open. The aggressive pricing caused the significant gap in the stock at the open.

That being said, we are not finished with HCO just yet. Volume remains very strong and another positive open today could trigger another move back up to $0.20. When this level breaks, we should see a strong move to at least $0.31.

hscomay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

TLAN continues to hold support at $0.025, which is why we are still watching the stock. There are signs that investors want to take this stock higher, but we need to see a rise in volume to support higher prices in the near-term. If the stock breaks below $0.025, that should trigger a very strong buy signal.

tlanmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

CZHC remained under pressure on Tuesday, which is not surprising. The volume is starting to weaken and I think we will need to see a rise in oil prices before investors start getting very excited about small cap oil companies. Once investors return to the marketplace, this stock should be a strong performer. It’s holding good support at $0.035 and should continue to attract investors.

czhcmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

$0.03 is proving to be a very strong support level for KNDR. The stock has traded at this level for the last five sessions. This appears to be a good entry point to take advantage of when the market turns around and investor optimism grows.

kndrmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

Gold is starting to climb higher again so we are expecting to see some strong movement in our gold picks. AGCZ is trading around the $0.03 level. When volume returns, we should see another strong move higher.

agczmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

We recently added GHDC to our watch-list in anticipation of a strong gold rally. The stock made some impressive gains on Monday and held on to those gains on Tuesday. The stock is running into some resistance at $0.53 but when volume returns, I am expecting to see this stock continue its upward trek.

ghdcmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

SFMI had another positive day and it looks like investors want to push this stock to new highs. The move past $0.30 on Monday was very bullish and I am expecting to see the stock re-test its recent highs of $0.45.

sfmimay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

I am also watching the financial sector because this will be the first industry to rally once Europe can get its debt problems under control. FBC is a stock I have been watching for a while. On Tuesday the stock dropped below $0.40 and that triggered a very strong buy signal and investors managed to push the stock to close at its high of $0.47. I am expecting to see this momentum continue and we should see another strong open today.

fbcmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

There is a lot of bearish talk surrounding ABK. In two months, the stock has dropped from $3.40 to close on Tuesday at $0.91. However, the fact that this stock is trading under $1 could attract some investors who are looking to make a quick profit. The stock could find support at $0.80 and a drop to that level could trigger a move past $1.00.

abkmay26 Wednesday May 26 Premarket Analysis

WAMUQ is also showing signs of life. On Tuesday the stock dropped below $0.10 and investors took advantage of those discounted prices and managed to drive the stock up to close at $0.113. If volume moves higher, we could easily see this stock test resistance at $0.15.

Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Dear Fellow Traders

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gave up most of its gains from Friday’s rally but continues to hold support above the important psychological barrier of 10,000. The 10,200 area appears to be providing some strong resistance, so I am expecting to see the market trade in this range as investors continue to deal with the debt crisis in Europe.

djiamay25 300x280 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

A strong rally in Apple (APPL) helped provide some momentum for the tech sector on Monday. QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite managed a strong rally in the morning but the bulls could not escape the selling pressure of the general market. QQQQ hit a high of $45.33 before ending the session in modestly negative territory. I think the ETF could swing in a fairly wide range with strong support at $43.50 and resistance at $45.50.

qqqqmay25 300x280 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Gold prices shot higher on Monday morning, which is not surprising after the pullback we saw in the last two weeks. I pointed out that there were some signs of buyers helping to support GLD, the biggest gold ETF. It was only a matter of time before investors took advantage of discounted prices and pushed the ETF higher. There could be some minor resistance at $118, but I think we will eventually see new higher prices.

gldmay25 300x280 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Silver prices also managed to end their pullback. SLV, the biggest silver ETF, gapped higher and managed to hit a high of $17.75 before hitting some minor selling pressure. I think there could be some stronger resistance at $18.25 but again, I believe it’s only a matter of time before prices move higher.

slvmay25 300x280 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Oil prices appear to be entering a consolidation period. USO, the most popular oil ETF appears to be setting up a trading channel, with resistance at $33 and support at $32. However, I think it is only a matter of time before investors start taking advantage of these lower prices. When the Dow recovers, we should see a strong rise in oil prices.

usomay25 300x280 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

The rise in silver prices helped pushed our recent silver trade higher. SFMI broke through resistance at $0.30. If volume continues to grow, I think this stock could very easily re-test its highs of $0.40.

sfmimay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

On Monday, CZHC had a strong open, which is what I was expecting after the strong movement on Friday. The stock gapped higher at the open and rallied to a high of $0.064. But the bulls couldn’t maintain the momentum and it fell under some selling pressure. The stock is holding good support at $0.035 and its weaker close on Monday could attract some buyers into the marketplace.

czhcmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

The move higher in gold prices provided some support for AGCZ. The stock gapped higher but appears to be running into resistance at $0.03. If gold prices can resume their uptrend, I don’t think this price will prove to be a major barrier. A break of $0.03 would be considered very bullish in the near term.

agczmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

TLAN continues to hold support at $0.025. I like the fact that this stock continues to hold on to most of its recent gains. When this consolidation period is over, we should see another strong move higher. Its current price is a very good buy opportunity.

tlanmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

A strong move in KNDR provided a very good opportunity for profits. The stock continues to hold strong support at $0.03, which offered a great opportunity as the stock rallied to a high of $0.038 after the open. I’ve said this before, but if volume can increase we should see an impressive rally in this stock.

kndrmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

POSC was able to add to its gains from its strong rally on Friday. The stock gapped higher yesterday and was able to hold on to those gains. But I don’t know if we have seen the last of the selling pressure just yet. I would like to see POSC break resistance at $0.14 on strong volume to confirm the break of its consolidation period.

poscmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

ACLH managed to close in positive territory and continues to trade in its range. I would like to see some more follow-through to confirm an end to its sideways trading.

aclhmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

Despite a strong open in FBC, the stock closed in negative territory on Monday. It gapped higher at the open, which caused it to lose its momentum. We have seen this happen many times, so that was not a huge surprise. FBC is holding support at $0.42, which is a very good sign and could be a good entry point to take advantage of a turnaround in the financial sector.

fbcmay25 Tuesday May 25 Premarket Analysis

We continue to watch LEHMQ and the stock continues to trade around $0.08. Only when the Dow moves higher and investors are more confident, this stock will start to move higher.

Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Friday was another wild day in the marketplace, but it was the bulls who were in full control and managed to breathe some life into the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Although the Dow ended the week significantly lower, it did close 125 points higher on Friday.

The index started the session very soft and broke through the psychological barrier of 10,000. However, after hitting a low of 9,918 investors jumped in and managed to push the index to close at 10,193. Investors will continue to closely watch the 10,000 area to see if it can continue to hold as support.

djiamay24 300x280 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

After a weak start on Friday, investors also managed to drive the tech sector into positive territory. QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite gapped significantly lower at the open, but after hitting a low of $43.50 investors quickly jumped in and drove it to a high of $45.64. If the ETF can hold support at $44.00, I think it should continue to attract investors.

qqqqmay24 300x280 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

GLD, the most popular gold ETF continued its decline on Friday. But there are signs that buyers are starting to step back into the marketplace. The ETF managed to hit a high of $116.24 but was unable to maintain its momentum. I think GLD could re-test support at $114 before attracting buyers back to the marketplace. I am still very bullish on gold and once Europe can deal with its debt problems, investors will be worried about inflation and that will drive gold prices higher.

gldmay24 300x280 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

It’s a similar story for silver prices. SLV, the biggest silver ETF is starting to attract some buyers, but not enough to reverse its recent pullback. I think SLV could test support at $16.25 before investors take a strong interest in it again.

slvmay24 300x280 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

I also want to quickly mention oil prices. Once confidence returns to the marketplace, this commodity will start to shoot higher. USO, the biggest oil ETF, is holding support at $32.00. I want to see a little more strength in this ETF before I become extremely bullish.

usomay24 300x280 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

We were expecting a big day for CZHC and we were not disappointed. Previous to Friday’s rally, we were saying that the recent pullback offered a very good entry point. On Friday, the stock rallied to a high of $0.077 and a lot of investors took advantage of the strong rally to take some profits off the table. What I like about this trade is that prices rallied steadily throughout the morning on very strong volume. More than 5 million shares were traded on Monday. I think its recent price action could help to attract new investors to the marketplace.

czhcmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

TLAN is another recent pick that we think has a lot of potential. Many investors and traders continue to watch this stock and are waiting for an explosion. The stock continues to hold on to some of its recent strength. The recent selling pressure has been on weak volume, which is a very good sign that when investors come back to the marketplace, the price should start rising. TLAN’s current price of $0.025 is a very good entry point to take advantage of a reversal of its recent pullback.

tlanmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ fell under some modest selling pressure on Friday. However, the gold stock continues to hold support around $0.03. When gold prices can find some traction, I think we will start to see investors take advantage of these discounted prices.

agczmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

KNDR continues to find very strong support at $0.03. For the past three sessions, every time the stock has hit this price, investors have jumped in and pushed it higher. I think if volume can increase, we should see a strong rise in its price.

kndrmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

SFMI made a very impressive move higher on Friday. Lower prices in gold and silver are not having a very strong impact on this stock, which is an indication that when commodities move higher, we should see some significant gains. The stock closed at $0.30, which could act as some short-term support. I’ll continue to watch this stock to see if there is any follow-through from Friday’s strong price action.

sfmimay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

ACLH fell under some significant selling pressure but found strong support at $0.025. Investors managed to push the stock back into its recent trading range. Volume remains extremely strong and should help to attract investors. Once the market turns around, we should see this stock resume its uptrend.

aclhmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

I continue to watch FBC, which is a listed penny stock. I’m watching this stock because when the market turns around, all financial stocks should start to move higher. We are already seeing some initial support for FBC at $0.41. A strong open today could help attract investors and we could see the price push towards $0.50.

fbcmay24 Monday May 24 Premarket Analysis

It was also an interesting day for POSC. The stock appears to be finding strong support at $0.10. A drop to that price on Friday triggered a very strong move and investors were able to drive it to a high of $0.14. Again, when optimism returns, we should see stock prices move higher.
