Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Investor confidence is coming back into the market place as the Dow Jones Industrial Average retraces most of its losses from a sell-off earlier this week. On Thursday, the index managed to recapture its previous support level of 11,150. However, the market continues to find resistance at 11,200. I think the market will swing in a fairly tight range as Europe continues to deal with Greece’s and Portugal’s debt problems.

djiaapr30 300x245 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

The tech sector was also able to reclaim lost territory as QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite, closed above support at $50.00. However the ETF will have to break through resistance at $50.50 to break out of its consolidation area and resume its recent uptrend. I am optimistic that prices will move higher because QQQQ and the overall market have recovered very quickly from the latest tape bomb.

qqqqapr30 300x245 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

A stronger U.S. dollar is having little impact on gold as prices remain near a five-month high. As I pointed out earlier today, gold prices should continue to move higher as investors look for safe places to invest their capital. GLD, the biggest gold ETF, managed to hold its ground on Thursday and closed above $114. I am expecting this price to provide strong support in the near term.

gldapr30 300x245 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

Low volume is impacting our latest pick, CZHC, but I remain very bullish on this stock as it continues to hold on to most of its recent gains. Once volume increases we should see this stock move higher. Any drop below $0.09 could be a good buy opportunity.

czchapr30 300x245 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

We continue to see strength in AGCZ and remain very optimistic as this stock is generating strong volume. The stock opened higher on Thursday and managed to hold on to some of those gains. It’s finding good support at $0.047 and every time the stock has dropped to this level, we have seen buyers step into the market place.

agczapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

The recent strength in gold prices appears to be helping our second gold pick, BONZ. The stock gapped higher on Thursday and maintained its momentum to close in positive territory. BONZ is finding some initial resistance at $0.03 but as volume increases this should not prove to be a significant level.

bonzapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

LHPT is holding on to most of its recent gains and this consolidation period provides investors an opportunity to load up on this stock. $0.025 is the first resistance point this stock has to break to signal another move higher.

lhptapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

KNDR is finding resistance at $0.05 but we think it is only a matter of time before this price is broken and we see significant gains. We believe any price below $0.05 provides an entry point for this trade. The recent rise in volume is a good indication of how much potential this stock has. As volume grows, we will see prices move higher.

kdnrapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

We saw a little bit of selling pressure in SFMI but the stock did not reach our stop-loss area. We used its strong open to take some of our profits off the table. Knowing when to take profits is an important part of properly managing your position. I remain bullish on SFMI as long as the price remains above its recent support level of $0.20.

sfmiapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

We saw some selling pressure in POSC and we did not receive a buy signal. I sent my entry point at $0.24 and was expecting to see a strong open after Wednesday’s strong performance. The stock appears to be holding support at $0.18 so if we have a strong open on Friday, I might consider lowering my entry point. For now I will wait and watch.

poscapr30 Friday April 30 Premarket Analysis

BBI continues to sell-off. Although the volume is relatively low, which is an indication that the true trend is higher, I am going to remove this stock from our watch-list. I expected the stock to show some signs of strength but it didn’t.

Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

The Dow Jones Industrial Average managed to end Wednesday in positive territory, but it appeared to be struggling to make gains as fears over European debt continue to grip investor sentiment. The Dow managed to close above the psychological level of 11,000. If the market can hold this level, it might help to attract new investors and resume its uptrend.

djiaapr29 300x245 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Wednesday was a down day for the tech sector as QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite closed in negative territory. The selling pressure caused the ETF to test support at $49.00. QQQQ did manage to find some buyers and closed at $49.29, which is near its 20-day moving average. If the ETF breaks below $49.00 in the next few days, this could be seen as a bearish signal in the near term.

qqqqapr281 300x245 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Gold prices are holding their ground and continue to act as a safe haven investment as traders continue to digest the debt problems in Greece and other European countries.  GLD, the most popular gold ETF opened slightly lower on Wednesday but managed to rally to a high of $115. The ETF is holding strong support at $114 and could attract new investors.

gldapr281 300x245 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

We continue to see some strong movement in LHPT. On Wednesday the stock gapped higher and managed to close in positive territory. LHPT is generating extremely strong volume, which is the reason why we are very bullish on this stock. More than 13 million shares were traded on Wednesday. In the short term, a break of $0.025 would signal a re-test of $0.03.

lhptapr28 300x245 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

SFMI is turning out to be a very good trade for us. The stock has made some major gains since breaking resistance at $0.15. Volume continues to support higher prices and we could see another push higher in the near term. The stock is trading at its highest level in two years so it’s hard to say just how far it will go. If we go back three years, we can see some resistance at $0.27.

sfmiapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Low volume is impacting our latest pick, CZHC. However this is not surprising because oil prices are starting to slide. The stock is holding on to most if its recent gains and when oil prices move higher, we will see another push in this stock.

czhcapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ started off strong yesterday but was unable to hold its momentum. Investors drove the stock to close in neutral territory. AGCZ remains within its support area and with gold prices moving higher, we believe it’s only a matter of time before this stock moves higher.

agczapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Low volume is starting to impact our other gold pick, BONZ. Almost 65,000 shares were traded on Wednesday, which is well below its daily average. This could be an indication that the stock is ready to rally. When volume starts to increase, we should see another push higher.

bonzapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

I continue to watch BBI but I have not received the right signal. The stock opened higher and managed to rally on Wednesday, but it generated low volume. I want to see the stock push higher on strong volume before I enter a position.

bbiapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

We saw a very strong push in POSC, the type of move I was waiting for. The stock ended Wednesday in positive territory with more than 25 million shares traded. It hit resistance at $0.243 but if volume remains strong, I would expect the stock to re-test its recent highs of $0.30. I will set my entry point just above today’s resistance and keep a tight stop-loss.

poscapr28 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

DSCO gapped higher by almost six full cents and opened Wednesday at its recent highs. However investors used this as an opportunity to take their profits off the table. I don’t like the selling pressure this stock generated on Wednesday, but I will continue to monitor it for the next few days.

DSCOapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

Investors continue to snap up discounted prices in KNDR. Strong buying drove the stock up almost a full cent on Wednesday. Volume continues to grow, which is a good indication that momentum is building.

kndrapr281 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

LEHMQ continues to build its base around $0.12. Volume remains relatively low and it will need to improve if this stock is going to move higher in the near term.

lehmqapr28 Thursday April 29 Premarket Analysis

We are seeing a similar move in WAMUQ.  The stock is holding support at $0.17 and we are just waiting for volume to grow.

Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

Dear Fellow Traders

The Dow Jones Industrial Average broke through all of its recent support levels after rating agency Standard and Poor’s downgrade of Greece’s sovereign debt to junk. At the same time, the agency also downgraded Portugal’s sovereign debt. The concern that some European countries are going to default on their debt has caused investors to seek safer investments than stocks. The close below 11,100 represents a break of its uptrend and could lead to further weakness.

djiapar28 300x245 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

The tech sector had a similar sell-off as QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite broke below two strong support levels on Tuesday. The break below $50.00 was not a significant move, but bulls were unable to hold support at $49.50. Tuesday’s close represented a break of its recent uptrend. I will watch the open to see if bulls will be able to find some traction and drive the ETF higher.

qqqqapr28 300x245 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

The downgrade of two European countries caused investors to rush out and purchase gold, which is seen as a safe haven investment. GLD, the most popular gold ETF, made a massive move on Tuesday and closed at its highest point in almost five months. This rush into gold will help drive small cap gold picks higher in the near term.

gldapr28 300x245 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

One of the best ways to capitalize on rising gold prices is to invest in junior gold companies, and for this reason we have been following two companies very closely. AGCZ has been building momentum for the last month. The stock is finding very good support at $0.05 and is attracting some buyers. According to one analyst, AGCZ is extremely under priced and should perform very well as gold prices move back to their all-time highs.

agczapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

BONZ is our second gold pick and we have made some very good profits on this trade. We have been able to ride this stock’s momentum and are currently waiting for another opportunity. The stock is finding good support around $0.026 and this low price should start to attract investors.

bonzapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

CZHC is building good momentum and volume remains relatively strong in this stock. Investors continue to look for buying opportunities, which is an indication that they are expecting a big move. On Tuesday, CZHC dropped to a low of $0.082 and investors quickly jumped in and drove the price back into neutral territory.

czhcapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

LHPT is holding on to most of its recent gains, which is a good indication that investors are just waiting for this stock to move higher. Its current price still represents a good entry point as we expect this stock to explode in the near-term.

LHPtapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

There was an exciting move in KDNR on Tuesday and a break below $0.04 represented a good bargain for some investors. The stock dropped to a low of $0.03 and that created a strong buy signal and investors managed to push the price to close at $0.043.

kndrapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

We recently added SFMI to our watch-list and we have been monitoring it very closely. We were waiting for the stock to break resistance at $0.15 on very high volume, which it did on Monday. After our first day we are seeing a quick profit. The stock ended the day at a high of $0.19 and we are expecting to see another strong move at the open.

sfmiapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

POSC continues to sell-off but appears to be finding support at $0.16. On Monday when this stock dropped below this price, it created a strong buy signal and investors were able to drive it higher. We could see a similar move today if we have a strong open.

POSCapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

On Tuesday we added BBI to our watch-list and there are some good signs of strength in this stock. Investors are willing to buy, they are just waiting to find the right price. On Tuesday the stock dropped to a low of $0.38, which created a strong buy signal. We are waiting for a positive close on strong volume to signal an end to its recent pullback.

bbiapr28 Wednesday April 28 Premarket Analysis

DSCO is the second listed stock we recently added to our watch-list. The stock gapped higher at the open but was not able to maintain its momentum.  It closed at support at $0.521, which is adding to its base.  We want to see the stock close in positive territory with strong volume before we enter a position.

Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Profit taking late Monday afternoon took some steam out of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The market ended the day in neutral territory but continues to maintain its strong uptrend. Investors could be hesitant to drive the index higher ahead of Wednesday’s interest rate decision. We are expecting the Dow to remain range bound with resistance at 11,250 and support at 11,150, which was the previous resistance point last week.

djiaapr27 300x245 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

Monday was a modestly negative day for the tech sector as QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite, was unable to break new ground. The ETF could not hold gains above $50.50, which was the next major resistance point after breaking $50.00. We also expect QQQQ to trade sideways ahead of the FOMC meeting on Wednesday.

qqqqapr27 300x245 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

Despite a negative day, gold prices managed to hold on to most of their gains from Friday’s strong move. GLD, the most popular gold ETF, was unable to hold any gains above $113.00 on Monday. However, inflation fears and a weak U.S. dollar will continue to support the yellow metal and we expect it to move back to its recent highs around $114.

gldapr27 300x245 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

The current price action in PRWT is an indication that the momentum is starting to go. The stock opened strong but sellers quickly came into the market. We have enjoyed good profits in this stock since April 6, when we first started talking about it. We used the pullback to $0.70 to average up in our position and we have now taken our profits and are looking for new trading opportunities.

prwtapr27 300x245 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

LHPT continues to hold a lot of potential for us. The stock gapped higher on Monday but was unable to maintain its momentum. Volume continues to support higher prices and investors were quick to jump into the market when the stock hit a low of $0.016, which is a strong indication that prices will move higher very soon.

lhptapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

CZHC fell under some selling pressure yesterday but managed to find strong support at its closing price of $0.074. When looking at the price action, you also have to pay attention to volume. Volume was relatively low on Monday, which tells us that this is a short-term pullback. We use these opportunities to add to our position and lower our total cost per trade. A lot of traders are watching and as its exposure increases, we are expecting to see this stock move higher.

CZHCapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ continues to hold most of its recent gains and it looks like we could be building a new base at $0.05. If the stock continues to hold this level and gold prices move higher we should see this stock start to over perform.

agczapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

We are seeing a similar move in BONZ, which is no surprise because it is our other gold pick. The stock closed in neutral territory and if volume starts to increase we should see a push back to $0.04. We saw some very good profits in this trade and we are just waiting for another opportunity to capitalize on its momentum.

bonzapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

KNDR continues to heat up and is close to moving back into its previous trading range. A break of $0.05 would be very bullish for this stock and could lead to a test of its resistance at $0.07. We were able to capitalize on KNDR’s recent weakness and are now just waiting for the momentum to pick up.

kndrapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

LEHMQ continues to build its base at $0.12. Once volume picks up we should see another drive back towards $0.14.

lehmqapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

It is a similar story for WAMUQ. The stock is holding very strong support at $0.17 and volume remains relatively low. When the activity picks up I would expect the stock to test resistance at $0.20.

wamuqapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

POSC is a new stock we have added to our watch-list. On Monday, the stock hit a low of $0.15 and created a very good buying opportunity. Investors quickly jumped on those discounts and drove the stock back up to close at $0.20. We could see some more consolidation but I would expect this stock to retest its recent high of $0.30.

poscapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

Because PRWT was so successful we are adding two more listed stocks to our watch-list. BBI is our first pick today. This stock made an impressive move on April 19 and we saw some strong buying yesterday when it dropped to $0.353. We want to see a positive close on strong volume to signal an end to the recent pullback.

prwtapr27 Tuesday April 27 Premarket Analysis

DSCO is our second pick today.  The rise in volume on Monday is an indication that momentum is starting to rise. The stock is forming a base-on-base pattern. The first support zone was made in March when the stock hit $0.50. The second support level is at $0.52, which it tested in the previous seven sessions. Remember to have a tight stop-loss if you trade this stock.

Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

After a week of consolidation, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was able to break through its wall of resistance at 11,150. Strong earnings for the first-quarter of 2010 are helping to boost investor optimism. The next major point of resistance for the Dow is 11,500.

djiaapr26 300x245 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

The tech sector also managed to resume its uptrend. On Friday QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ ended the week at its highest level since June 2008. The momentum the ETF generated on Friday helped it break through a long term resistance point of $50.50. The next major level appears to be $52.00 and with the uptrend QQQQ is in, it should reach that level very soon.

qqqqapr26 300x245 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

GLD managed to retrace all of its losses from last week’s major sell-off and closed above support at $113. I am expecting the ETF to break above $114 in the near term. As gold prices rally, our gold picks should begin to move higher.

gldapr26 300x245 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

Our oil pick, LHPT is starting to heat up. Friday morning the company announced some very positive news, which generated a lot of movement. The stock opened very strong and rallied to a high $0.025. What’s very exciting is how much volume the stock generated – over 30 million shares were traded on Friday. With this kind of momentum, we are expecting to see another strong open today.

lhptapr26 300x245 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

CZHC is holding on to most of its recent gains and because that volume continues to grow, we are expecting to see this stock explode very soon. More than 1 million shares were traded on Friday. For the entire week the stock traded more than 3 million shares. We continue to recommend that investors take advantage of any drop in price. By averaging down on dips you can lower your average cost per share.

czhcapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

PRWT continues to make gains and Friday’s price action was a strong indication that we will see another rise in the stock’s price. PRWT started the day off weak but a drop below $0.90 created a strong buy opportunity. It traded more than 10 million shares and closed at the high of the day. So far the stock has generated gains of more than 54% since we recommended buying it at $0.70.

prwtapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ, our first gold pick, continues to hold on to most of its recent gains and appears to be finding some support at $0.05. Any dip below $0.05 should create a buy signal. As gold prices move higher we should see AGCZ start to outperform.

agczapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

We have made some good profits with BONZ and as gold prices move higher we should see even more gains very soon. The stock hit some short term resistance at $0.03 on Friday, but when volume increases we should see it rally higher. A break of $0.045 would indicate a move back to its recent high of $0.07.

bonzapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

KNDR continues to heat up as investors continue to take advantage of its recent drop in price. At the beginning of the year the stock was trading between $0.06 and $0.07 so a drop below $0.05 is a very attractive bargain.

kndrapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

WAMUQ continues to hold support at $0.17, which should help to attract new investors. The stock is building a good base and once volume grows we should see a strong move higher. A break of $0.20 would indicate a push back to its recent highs.

wamuqapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

We are seeing a similar base pattern in LEHMQ. The stock recently broke above $0.12, which has now become support and when volume moves higher we should see a push back to $0.14.

lehmqapr26 Monday April 26 Premarket Analysis

We added POSC to our watch list Friday and there appears to be some strength as the stock finds some support above $0.23. It seems to be over-extended, however a strong open with high volume could provide us an opportunity to make a quick profit.

Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

Today in the Stock Market

Dear Fellow Traders

Strong selling Thursday morning pushed the Dow Jones Industrial Average near the strong psychological support area of 11,000. However a late afternoon rally helped push the index back into its recent trading range. I think the Dow could trade in a fairly narrow range with resistance at 11,150 and support at 11,000.

djiaapr23 300x245 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

We saw a similar sell-off in the tech sector Thursday morning. QQQQ, the ETF of the NASDAQ Composite gapped lower at the open and even broke below support at $49.50. But bargain hunters were quick to snap up lower prices – by the afternoon, investors helped push the ETF well above resistance at $50.00. After Thursday’s strong close, I expect to see further gains in QQQQ.

qqqqapr23 300x245 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

Gold prices were slightly weaker on Thursday as GLD, the biggest gold ETF, closed in neutral territory. The ETF gapped lower at the opening bell and spent most of the day trading in negative territory. GLD remains at the mercy of the U.S. dollar. Any time the U.S. dollar rallies, gold prices sink.  I am still very bullish on gold and these dips provide very good buying opportunities.

gldapr23 300x245 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

CZHC continues to build momentum, which is why we are looking for good entry points in this trade to add to our position. We have made very good profits and are expecting the price to jump higher. CZHC is holding support at $0.11, which could be a good entry point as we expect this stock to head to $0.30 in the near term.  The stock continues to trade with high volume, and I think investors are just waiting for the right time to take this higher.

czhcapr23 300x245 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

We are excited about the gains we are making in PRWT. We mentioned earlier in the week that $0.70 looked like a good entry point and we were not disappointed. At the open on Thursday the stock managed to rally to a high of 1.06, which is a gain of 51%. The stock continues to trade with very strong volume and I think prices could continue to move higher in the next few weeks.

prwtapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

LHPT continues to hold support at $0.015 and a late afternoon rally Thursday should add to the growing momentum. During the day, LHPT dropped to a low of $0.012 but that created a strong buy signal for investors. This could be the last bit of selling pressure in the market place and I am now expecting to see the stock to reverse its down trend.

lhptapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

AGCZ managed to hold on to some of its gains, despite weaker gold prices on Thursday. It had a strong open, then after gapping higher, the stock rallied to a high of $0.065. Any drop below $0.05 is seen as a strong buy area. The company has been increasing its gold production dramatically and one analyst has a price target of $0.32 within the year.

agczapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

BONZ is trying to recover some of its lost territory. The stock is finding some support at $0.026 and if gold prices move higher we should start to see this stock rally.

bonzapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

SFMI continued to sell-off on Thursday and I am not seeing the movement I was expecting. Investors want to take this stock higher but they just can’t create enough momentum right now. I will continue to watch this stock and wait for a good entry point.

SFMIapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

LEHMQ is finding good support at $0.12 and appears to be building a new base before moving higher. The stock is in a fairly good uptrend and we expect this to continue.

LEHMQapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

HSCO remains relatively unchanged and there is still low volume. We will keep this stock on our watch list but will wait for a rise in volume before we are active in it again.

HSCOapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

Investors continue to take advantage of discounted price in KNDR. The stock has been making very good progress the last few sessions. It could run into some near term resistance but if volume continues to build we should see higher prices very soon. Now is the time to get a position in this stock before we see it jump higher.

kndrapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

There are two stocks I want to add to our watch list today. The first is CHTL. This stock appears to be reversing its recent downtrend. I believe a break of $0.75 on strong volume could be a good buy opportunity.

CHTLapr23 Friday April 23 Premarket Analysis

The last stock is POSC. This one has been in an uptrend and appears to be slightly over extended. However, volume is good and if it remains strong and we get a decent pullback, we could find an entry point.
