Back to WTAR, when a stock comes back from the abyss with Volume it’s normal to see it pull back when it enter some resistance level. The tough part is to establish where will be the real support to be able to reload cheaply for any other move up. And that’s when i use my Averaging-In method, where i basically try to reduce my cost base, that’s something i teach in the DVD’s and it’s important to understand this, it make the difference between winning or losing many times.
